קומת הכניסה משמשת למטבח, סלון וחדר שינה. מדרגות לוליינות מובילות למפלס השני שם ממוקם אזור העבודה וממנו יש עוד עליה לגג שיכול לשמש לעת מצוא כמרפסונת קטנה עם הרבה נוף מסביב.
אני אוהבת את המיזוג בין ישן לחדש. את קונסטרוקצית העץ הגולמי הישנה שהובלטה ע"י צביעה בשחור ולעמותה מדרגות הברזל החדשות, הלבנות והדקיקות.
את השימוש בקסם המיוחד של הקירות המקוריים והמאסיביים לעומת תוספת הבניה החדשה והקלה.
רצפת העץ השחורה שנותנת רקע נפלא לעיצוב הפנים הבהיר, הפשוט והנינוח.
פינה אהובה במיוחד: מדף שיש קררה שהוכנס בין שתי קורות מאסיביות. כלכך פשוט כלכך מקסים.
למרות גודלה הדירה מרגישה אוורירית ומוארת במיוחד בזכות החלונות הגדולים בתקרה ורצפת הזכוכית של מפלס העבודה וגם הודות לבחירה נכונה של פרטי ריהוט קלים (חוץ מהספה שנותנת את הקונטרסט המתבקש) והיצמדות לשלושת "צבעי היסוד": לבן-שחור- אפור.
מרגיש ביתי, אישי ואפשרי.
A total of 59 square meters of two levels nice apartment in Denmark.
The ground floor serves as a kitchen, living room and bedroom. A spiral staircase lead to the second level where work area is located and from there another few steps to the roof top that can be used as small balcony with plenty of view around.
I love the merger of old and new. The old rough wooden constructions which had been highlighted by black paint, against to the white and thin new iron staircase.
The use of the special charm of the original massive walls compared to the new addition of light construction.
Black wooden floor gives a wonderful backdrop to the fresh, simple and relaxed interior design.
A corner I particularly liked: the Carrara marble shelf inserted between two massive beams. So simple so lovely.
Despite the size of the apartment it feels airy and very light thanks to large windows in the ceiling and glass floor at the second level and due to the smart choice of slight furniture (except the couch giving a contrast) and use of the three "basic colors": black-white-gray.
Feel like personal and affordable home.
